Of course, hair pieces that have been refurbished will neverbe sold as new, and it will always be clearly indicated.Let’s faceit, there are always going to be some hair pieces that are way too badlydamaged to be salvaged, however it’s safe to say that at least 85% of all hairpieces can be refurbished and resold as new. </p>
